Wine Club Policies

  • Wine Club Members agree to a one-year minimum membership term.
  • After one full year, Ultimate, Milbrandt and Ryan Patrick memberships may be canceled at any time, in writing by emailing info@milbrandtfamilywines.com, prior to the processing of the next club selection.
  • Subscription clubs may be paused or cancelled at any time.
  • A $50 cancellation fee will be charged to the card on file if membership is cancelled prior to one year minimum. 
  • It is the responsibility of the member to cancel prior to the processing of payment. Paid club releases will not be refunded.
  • Club selections must be purchased to maintain an active club membership and enjoy club benefits.
  • The wine club member is tasked with ensuring that their account details, such as credit card information, email address, phone number, and shipping address, are kept up to date.
  • Wine club benefits are exclusive to club members. Benefits are not transferable and the club member must be present to use any club benefits, including tastings.
  • Members may customize their releases from a rotating selection of wines. 
  • Club releases for non-subscription memberships will be automatically shipped to the address on file if not picked up before the stated processing date. Emails will be sent to the current email on file with information on club processing.
  • Club releases will be shipped via UPS. If wine has not been picked up/purchased prior to the processing date, the release will be shipped.
  • To ensure maximum quality of wine deliveries, shipments may be held during periods of high or low temperatures.
  • A person 21 years or older must be present to sign for shipment.
  • If wine is returned to our fulfillment center, you will have 30 days to pick up your release at the Prosser Tasting Room or we can reship with additional charges, including--but not limited to--shipping costs and handling fees. If no arrangements have been made, wines will be donated to charity after 30 days and no refund will be issued. 
  • It is the responsibility of the club member to ensure they stay up to date with the emails and deadlines.
  • Please watch email address on file for shipping information and changes in deadlines. UPS redirect, recall and re-ship fees will apply to changes made past the deadline.
