The Northridge vineyard, nestled in the Wahluke Slope, boasts shallow, ancient soils layered with 8-18 inches of topsoil above a caliche barrier. This unique composition allows water to trickle through while restricting root growth beyond this layer. Untouched by the Missoula floods, these soils have slowly leached calcium over centuries, gradually forming the distinctive caliche that characterizes this exceptional terroir.

The Northridge Cabs are always some of my favorites. Always consistent, always delicious. The 2018 vintage, however, they've added some petit verdot. My favorite blending varietal. This addition makes this wine a extremely cab dominant Bordeaux blend and I LOVE it. Super smooth with a richness that pairs nicely with the well structured tannins. How can you go wrong?
